The Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Vice President (Operations) plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the operational divisions of Tunas Negeri Education. This includes direct supervision of the Administration Manager, ensuring efficient administrative support across the organization, and the Legal and Policy Manager, to guarantee compliance with educational regulations and internal policies. The role also involves managing the Building and Facilities Manager, ensuring that the institution’s physical infrastructure is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to educational activities. Additionally, the Deputy COO oversees the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager, ensuring that the institution complies with health and safety standards to protect students, staff, and visitors. This position is integral to aligning operational processes with the strategic objectives of the organization, enhancing service delivery, and promoting a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
