The CEO’s Chief of Staff and Vice President (Planning and Strategy) at Tunas Negeri Education plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and driving the strategic planning process across the organization. Acting as a key advisor, the Chief of Staff coordinates executive priorities, ensures alignment between departments, and assists in managing day-to-day operations within the CEO’s office.

In the capacity of Vice President (Planning and Strategy), the role is responsible for developing long-term strategic initiatives, monitoring organizational performance against strategic goals, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This involves working closely with senior leadership to formulate and execute plans that enhance the institution’s mission, vision, and overall impact. The Chief of Staff also ensures that key initiatives are communicated effectively across the organization and that resources are aligned to achieve strategic objectives. Ultimately, this role acts as the CEO’s right hand in ensuring smooth operations and advancing the institution’s long-term goals.
