The Chief People Officer and Vice President (CPO-VP) at Tunas Negeri Education is responsible for shaping and executing the institution’s human resources strategy to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role encompasses overseeing key functions related to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), talent acquisition, and employee development, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops a diverse and skilled workforce.
The CPO-VP supervises the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager, who implements initiatives and programs that promote a diverse and equitable work environment, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. The CPO-VP also oversees the Learning and Development Manager, focusing on creating and implementing training and development programs that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and foster continuous learning within the organization.
Additionally, the CPO-VP leads the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing recruitment strategies that attract top talent, emphasizing the importance of diversity and alignment with the institution’s values. By integrating these critical areas, the CPO-VP plays a vital role in driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that Tunas Negeri Education remains a leader in promoting a thriving, inclusive workplace culture.
