The Chief Education Officer and Senior Vice President (CEdO-SVP) at Tunas Negeri Education is responsible for overseeing the institution’s entire educational framework, ensuring academic excellence and student success across all levels of schooling. This role encompasses the management of academic affairs, student services, and school operations, ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission to deliver high-quality education.

The CEdO-SVP leads the Vice President (Academic) and the teams responsible for curriculum development, assessment, education research, and teacher development. This includes ensuring that the curriculum is innovative, meets regulatory standards, and supports continuous academic improvement, while fostering research and best practices in education. The CEdO-SVP also plays a key role in teacher development and evaluation, ensuring that educators are equipped with the skills and resources needed to provide exceptional learning experiences.

In addition, the CEdO-SVP oversees the Vice President (Student Affairs), ensuring that student services, including admissions, counseling, and student life, are geared toward enhancing the overall student experience and supporting their personal and academic growth. The CEdO-SVP works closely with the Head of Schools and the heads of Tunas Negeri Kindergarten, Primary, Middle, and High Schools to ensure consistent quality in teaching, learning, and student outcomes across all levels of education.
